Forms are popular in schools for assessments, data collection, and a slew of other reasons. Some teachers look no further than Google Forms but for those who require more simplicity and sophistication, a higher degree of agility and rigor, the gold standard for forms is free JotForm (premium edition also available). It works on all platforms and offers professional-looking templates that use a drag-and-drop interface to quickly and intuitively build forms.

There is a desire to pare down the standards into what is “essential” or “priority.” In science this process can prompt some useful conversation on a K-12 progression of learning, but it should be approached cautiously.

No surprise because using a mouse correctly is one of the most important pre-keyboarding skills. Holding it is not intuitive and if learned wrong, becomes a habit that’s difficult to break.

This is a great place for educators to collaborate and find lesson plans, videos, worksheets, tips, and more in a easy to use environment. Bestof all, a user can search via subject, category, or grade level and even sign up to receive emails when a new tool is added.
Knoword the super fun Vocabulary game that is perfect for distance/remote and Game Based Learning has just released a major update!!! Knoword Assignments - lets teachers easily plan, create, assign, and track student responses as they play through a "word pack". These packs can be created from new or customized from an existing pack to meet their needs w/ the ability to control all assignments.
Quick Rubric is the wonderful site for creating rubrics from the creators of Storyboard That. This is far and away the easiest site I've seen for creating a beautiful rubric where a user can add a row or a column w/ a tap of an arrow button. Everything inside of the rubric is customizable (i.e. from the heading tocustomizing points) and a user can save/print out as many rubrics as they need.
